- Mount speed nut

(included in mounting kit

- Mount bushings and rubber bushing


) on the intermediate exhaust piece


- Mount exhaust clamp


- Mount intermediate exhaust piece


- Position exhaust clamp

but do not tighten yet.
- Mount screw with washer

(included in mounting kit

), but do
not tighten yet.
- Mount main silencer

(included).
- Mount screw with washer

(included in mounting kit

) and
tighten to 15 Nm.
- Mount springs

(included in mounting kit

).
- Align the entire system and exhaust clamp

and tighten screw

to 10 Nm.
When you fi rst use the main silencer, keep the engine speed
low for about 5 minutes to warm the main silencer evenly. This
will ensure that the rock wool will have full effect and keep
noise down to the required level.
RC 390 only
- Remove screws

.
- Remove the exhaust cover.
- Adjust the front spoiler along the marking using suitable workshop
tools.
NOTE

= 4 cm and

Final steps
- Tighten exhaust manifold.
- Install the front spoiler (see the Owner’s Manual).
- Install the right side cover (see Owner’s Manual).
- Install the left side cover (see Owner’s Manual).
