III - BEFORE FIRST USE: CLEANING
– Make certain that the slice thickness setting button

is set to the minimum and that the appliance is
disconnected.
– Do not put the appliance in water or under running water.
To remove the platform,
– Turn the slice thickness setting dial
(F)
to position

– Pull the unlocking button

in the direction of the arrow

– Push the platform outwards in the direction of the arrow

while
holding the unlocking button

pulled until final disassembly.
– Clean with a moist cloth then wipe.
– Do not put the platform in the dishwasher.
