To remove the blade:
– Turn the blade clamp screw
(J)
to the right (using a coin, for example).
– Hold the blade in your other hand to prevent it falling once unscrewed.

Handle the blade with care. It is extremely sharp.
– Wash in hot water with added washing up liquid. Do not put in the dishwasher.
– Rinse and dry.

To avoid any risk of injury, screw the blade back onto the appliance immediately.
– Wash the pusher
