USING MUTE
During a conversation, press
Mute
to
toggle the microphone, to mute or un-
mute status. The status of the micro-
phone will be display on the bottom left
corner.
USING PRE-DIAL
The pre-dial function allows you to enter
the number, check, and edit the number
before you press
Talk
to make the call.
The numbers are displayed in large fonts
for easier reading.
1. In standby mode, enter a number by using numeric keypad. If you make a
mistake, press
DEL
to erase.
2. Press Talk to start dialing.
3. Press and hold
DEL
to clear all numbers and return to standby mode.
Press
Redial
to dial the last number you entered.
NOTE:
You enter more than 34 digits in pre dial mode or press
Flash
during a call,
the redial memory will be erased.
REDIALING NUMBER
USING THE PAUSE
In some phone systems, you must dial
an access code (9, for example) and
wait for a second dial tone before
dialing an outside number. When you
manually dial a number or you store a
number in memory, you can have your
telephone pause anywhere during a dial
sequence. Press
Redial/Pause
at the desired location.
In pre-dial or post-dial mode, a one second dial pause is inserted by pressing
the
Pause
. It is indicated by a “P” in dial string.
