BEFORE CONTACTING THE SERVICE
The refrigerator does not work, check the
following:
• There has been a power failure.
• The mains plug is inserted incorrectly or
loose.
• The thermostat is set to function at intervals "•".
• The socket is defective. To check this, plug
another known working electrical
appliance into this outlet.

If the food in the refrigerator is not
cooled enough
Your refrigerator is designed to
ambient temperatures indicated in the
technical specifications, in accordance with
the class of climatic conditions indicated on
the information label.
We do not recommend operating the
refrigerator if the outside temperature does
not fall within the indicated temperature
limits, as this may affect the cooling capacity
of the unit.
The refrigerator does not work properly,
check the following:
• The device is overloaded.
• The door is not closed tightly.
• There are not enough ventilation ducts in
the kitchen as indicated in the Installation
Guide. • Tropical class is defined for ambient
temperatures between 10°C and 32°C.
If there is noise:
• The refrigerant gas that circulates in the
refrigeration circuit may make a slight
noise (gurgling sound) even when the
compressor is not running. Don't worry,
this is quite normal. If the sounds are
different, check the following;
• The appliance is installed firmly in
accordance with the installation manual.
• Objects placed on the refrigerator vibrate.
