Connection and operation of the purging connection are the responsibility of the user. The
operator is also responsible for selection of a suitable fluid to purge the device.

2.2.4 Optional heating/cooling system
This option is applicable to:

devices that have horn antennas, and
•
gas atmospheres
CAUTION!
If the 1/8 NPTF screw is removed from the purging connection, make sure that the installation
agrees with the Ex requirements for the purging system.
WARNING!
If the two conditions are applicable, then use the worst condition.
