3.2 Storage and transport

Store and transport the device in a dry, dust-free environment.
•
Store and transport the device in an environment with a temperature between
+4...+55

C / +39.2...+131

F.

The original packing is designed to protect the equipment. It has to be used if the device is
transported or sent back to the manufacturer including the sensor transportation packing, to
prevent damage of the sensor.
3.3 Pre-installation requirements
The system is manufactured prewired and tested. This allows easy installation of the chlorine
system.
Ensure for the measuring point that
•
the process or the by-pass is switched off.
•
there is sufficient working space available for operation of the system.
•
the process connection hose and the hose connection of the flow assembly fit together.
•
a drain is available.
Ensure for the system that
•
the needle valves are closed.
•
all threat are blind plugged.
•
all necessary sensors are present.
INFORMATION!
Inspect the packaging carefully for damages or signs of rough handling. Report damage to the
carrier and to the local office of the manufacturer.

Do a check of the packing list to make sure that you have all the elements given in the order.

Look at the device nameplate to ensure that the device is delivered according to your order.
INFORMATION!
Always store the sensor wet in a 3 molar KCl solution when not in use.
