BELLOWS (2)
If material leaks under the base of the air motor, at
the leakage indicators, bellows must be replaced.
Proceed as previously explained when filling valve
is removed.
Remove suction body (1) by means of the 4
fastening screws (6).
The bellows is released when suction body is taken
out.
To reinstall the bellows :
fits its lower part (small
diameter) in skirt (3).
Slip bellows on motor rod.
Screw the rod (12) into motor rod after having
installed the seal (4) and the filling valve (5). (The
whole must be slightly glued with Loctite adhesive).
Lock the rod (12) using the motor rod flat.
Insert the suction body after pushing the motor rod
upwards.
Fill the 4 screws (6) and tighen them gradually by
screwing in criss-cross manner. Torque screws (6).
Reinstall the other parts as indicated previously

GT SEALS (7 & 16) AND PISTON (11)
Remove the valves.
Remove the suction chamber (17) by unscrewing
the 6 fastening screws (18).
Remove the lower GT seal (16).
Dismount the piston (11). When disassembling :
- Unscrew nut (14) holding rod (2) thanks to the two
flats located above the nut.
- Remove shutter (13).
- Remove piston pulling it downwards.
Remove cylinder (10).
Take off the upper GT seal (7).
Make sure the new seals (7 & 16) are
installed in the proper direction.
Both seals (8 & 15) must be replaced.
When reassembling, carefully insert piston (11) into
seal (7) which is in the reverse order.
Caution : Before tightening the nut (14),
- Place the rod (12) into piston (11).
- Place the piston (11) into the upper part of the
cylinder (10).
- Tighten the nut (14) holding the rod (12).
