PUMP SEPARATION / COUPLING PROCEDURE

Guards (air motor cover, coupling shields, housings …) have been designed for

safe use of the equipment.

The manufacturer will not be held responsible for bodily injury or failure and / or

damage to property due to removal or partial removal of the guards.

To work on the pump, it requires to :

- Disassemble all the accessories of the pump (air inlet supply, rods, filter), if necessary.

- Put aside the pump, if necessary (the pump is fitted with an hoisting ring).

Separate the pump

- Stop the pump.

- Disconnect the pump air inlet.

- Remove the screw (12) from the pump
bracket (11) and remove the washer (13).

- Remove the screws (5) from the coupling
housing (4).

- Remove the coupling housings (4).

- Remove the pin (9) and the axis (8).

- Loosen the 4 screws (17) from the outlet
flange.

- Slightly rotate the outlet flange counter
clockwise.

- Separate the fluid section.

Coupling the pump

- Install the fluid section (2) at the 4 screws
(17) level.

- Slightly rotate the outlet flange clockwise.

- Tigthen the 4 screws (17).

- Apply grease (grease, model A1) on the
axis (8) and install it in its housing.

- Install the pin (9) in the axis (8).

- Clip the coupling housings (4).

- Tighten the screw (5) of the coupling
housing.

- Tighten the screw (12) of the pump
bracket.
