How to check the flow valve

•  This will need to be periodically

checked or conducted when there
is a blockage.

- Remove the sole and seal.

- Remove the baffle plate by
   firmly pressing the plastic side
tabs inwards or using a flat head
   screwdriver.

- Remove and clear debris from
   the flow valve

- Replace flow valve and baffle
   plate. Ensure prongs on baffle
   plate are not damaged or

   missing. Replace if required

- Refit the seal, slip rings and sole

flow valve

Beware of the pool blanket effect

Pool blankets prevent chlorine evaporating. If you’re using
one, carefully monitor your chlorine or salt water setting to
avoid over chlorinating your pool, which can harm your VTX-C
and void your warranty. If you have any questions, please
call our Customer Service department on 1800 777 255 or talk
to your pool shop pro.
