7.5 Changing needle packing
Removing needle packing
1. Clean automatic spray gun ( Ä Chapter 7.2 ‘Cleaning spray guns’ on page 25
2. Remove the fluid needle (

3. Unscrew the screw (Fig. 16/1) from the transition part (Fig. 16/3) and the main element (/2).
4. Remove the transition part (Fig. 16/3) from the main element (Fig. 16/2).

5. Unscrew the seal screw (Fig. 17/1).
6. Remove all of the needle packing (Fig. 17/2) from the transition part (Fig. 17/3).
7. Remove the seals (Fig. 17/5) from the centring tubes (Fig. 17/4).
