5.  Attach the appropriate Spray Nozzle.

The Spray Gun comes with:

.032″ (0.8mm) -

For latex stain and oil based paints, heavy bodies

.021″ (0.5mm) -

For light bodies, stains, sealers, and water-proofers

.021″ (0.5mm) -  (Extended Tip)

For lighter bodies, stains, sealers, and water-proofers

6.  To change the Spray Nozzle, unthread the

previous one and replace with one appropriate

for the material you will be spraying.

Note:

The tightness of the Spray Nozzle determines

the spray pattern, a tighter Nozzle causes a wide spray

pattern with fine atomization, a less-tight Nozzle causes

a narrower pattern with less atomization.

With thin sealers or stains, fogging or dripping

may occur when the tip is adjusted clockwise.

To prevent fogging or dripping, slightly rotate the

nozzle counterclockwise.  Small adjustments

make a huge difference in spray patterns.

8.  Unscrew the Cup counterclockwise to remove.

9.  Pour the appropriate material in.

10. Make sure the Suction Tube is firmly

inserted all the way into the Pump Housing,

then screw the Cup on clockwise.

11.  Rotate the Control Knob clockwise to reduce output.

Rotate the Control Knob counterclockwise to increase

output.  First, rotate the Knob to its maximum setting

(counterclockwise).  Test on a piece of scrap or

newspaper taped to the wall.  Adjust the Control

Knob and Spray Nozzle tightness as needed.
