It is allowed to lead the horizontal terminal below 2.5 m above ground level, but not
less than 0.5 m if there is no playground or other recreational places within 8 m. The
distance between the cable outlets should not be less than 3 m, and the distance of
these outlets from the nearest edge of the opening windows / doors (
