Technical description
The electric bain-marie has been specially designed to be clamped to a work surface. This very portable appliance
can also be configured on the workstation.

Installation
WORK SURFACE
Choose a clean work surface on which to place this appliance. A minimum distance of 20 cm should be kept
between this and non-heat-resistant surfaces. For optimum user comfort, the appliance must be located between
85 and 95 cm from the ground.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
This appliance must be connected to a single-phase 220-240 volt network, a two-pin an earth contact of
16 amps. It is shipped with a power cable type HO7RNF with 3 conductors (phase + n earth) of 1.5mm²
section.
Use
Never use this appliance without water.
To start, pour about 1 litre of water into the container. If necessary, you may top-up the water while in use.
Turn on and set the thermostat to the desired temperature based on your ingredients.
To keep the garnishes at a more consistent temperature, cover the container with a lid.
Maintenance and cleaning
Before cleaning your appliance, unplug it and let it cool.
Refer to the general requirements concerning electrical equipment before using this appliance.
Regularly empty the container after use in order to clean it and avoid a build-up of scale.
Clean the frame and the pot with a soft sponge soaked in warm water and liquid detergent without bleach.
