12. WARRANTY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Kraftwerk guarantees the equipment for the
duration of 12 months.
Warranty period starts from the date of purchase
indicated on the sales invoice from
Kraftwerk to
Customer.
Terms& conditions detailed through Kraftwerk
and Kraftwerk authorized Distributor.
The company Kraftwerk . denies any liability
for any damage to persons or things, caused by
misuse or imperfect use of the equipment.
The Judicial Forum of ZÜRICH
(SWITZERLAND) is responsible for any
possible dispute.
