MALFUNCTIONS
- If the power cable or the appliance itself is damaged, immediately un-
plug the appliance. Do not use the appliance if there is visible damage
to the housing of the heating unit, the stainless steel por or the power
cable. To avoid any risk, do not make modifications to the product. The
power cable should not be replaced by a nonspecialist. Repairs must be
carried out by a specialist workshop or the Service Center.
- DANGER! If liquids or foreign bodies get inside the housing of the
heating unit, unplug immediately. Have the appliance checked before
re-using.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Leave all parts to cool down fully before cleaning.
- Only use a slightly damp, soft cloth to clean the healing unit.
- Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent to clean the stainless steel pot,
the splash guard with fork holders and the found forks. Rinse with plenty
of clean water and fry all parts carefully.
- Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents

PREPARING TO USE THE APPLIANCE
- Remove all packing material.
- Check weather all accessories are present and undamaged.
- Rinse the stainless steel pot, the splash guard and the forks with a
mild detergent and dry al parts with great cure.
- Place the appliance on a dry fat, non-slip surface. This surface should
also be heatresistant and not liable to be damaged by splashes of hot
liquid.
TIP: When being used for the first time, a small amount of smoke and
a slight odor may occur. This is due to the assembly materials used for
the heating elements and is not a fault in the product.
Ensure sufficient ventilation.
