1. Turn off the appliance by switching the Speed
control knob (3) at the end of mixing. Turn off the
appliance and unplug it before changing the acces-
sories, or before taking the appliance apart or when
not in use.
2. Turn the swivel arm release button (2) clockwise
while lifting the swivel arm with your hand so that it
locks into place with a click.
The swivel arm (2) tilts up.
1. Detach the accessory by turning it clockwi- se.
2. Remove the mixing bowl containing food with an
anti-clockwise movement.
IMPORTANT!
The temperature of water which will be added into dough at 40+/-5 °C degree
when preparing for dough is on progress.
