Hardware restrictions
Following restrictions are known in specified hardware revision.
up to PCB Layout L121 (CE 3.x.x):
®
With some VGA Monitors a DDC back powering on CRT DDC lines can occur. If this
happens open Jumper J18 to disable the pull-ups on baseboard's DDC signals. With
layout PCB L122 a level shifter and ESD protection device (CM2009) blocks this issue.
PCB Layout L122 (CE 4.x.x):

Due to layout restrictions the backup BIOS socket U43 can’t be soldered
®
IDE slave hardware detection fails sporadically if a CF Card is connected as master
®
CF Card connected as slave could cause boot problems
®
DVI Connector-B not tested (current UGM-M72 does not support DVI-B)
®
Connecting a DVI and CRT monitor simultaneously to DVI-A is not supported
(with Y-Adapters from DVI-I to DVI-D+VGA only one monitor is working)
