PxV206 – 2U Platform – User’s Manual

Maintenance and Prevention

Kontron Elektronik systems require minimal maintenance and care to keep them
operating correctly.

q

Occasionally wipe the system with a soft dry cloth.

q

You should only remove persistent dirt by use of a soft, slightly damp cloth
(use only a mild detergent).

q

Clean regularly the air filter mats.

Changing the Air Filter Mat

Cleaning frequency will depend on the operating environment. If the environment
is extremely dusty, clean the air filter mat more often. The air filter mat can be
changed even if the system is powered-up.
