Specifying the Settings for Group Dialling
From the page displayed by clicking “Group Dial Setting” in the menu on
the “Fax” tab, group dial settings for the copier can be specified.
Adding a New Group Dial Setting

Start up PageScope Light.

Log in to the Administrator mode.

Click the “Group Dial Setting” in the menu on “Fax” tab.

Click the group dial number where you wish to add a new address.

One-touch dial number (01 to 27)

Destination Name
The group name is displayed for the one-touch dial keys
that contain groups.

Address
“(Group Dial)” is displayed for the one-touch dial keys that
contain groups.

[Delete] button
Click this button to delete the one-touch dial settings that
contain group dial information.
