If desired, open the *.txt file in a text editor or in a spreadsheet
application—for example, Microsoft Excel—and manipulate
the data.
You can print the accounting information (filtered and sorted) to
any connected printer.
To print the accounting log:
1.
In the Accounting Viewer window, filter and sort the report as
desired.
2.
Click
Print List
.
The Print window appears.
3.
Set the printing options as desired and click
OK
.
The data is printed according to the current filtering and
sorting.
Note:
To print specific rows, select the desired rows now. The printed
report will include only these rows.
Notes:
•
To fit the maximum amount of columns on the page, print using
Landscape orientation (if your printer supports it).
•
The report includes all the columns (including those that were
hidden), listed in the original order.
