(14) Screw two supplied shoulder screws B.
(15) Attach the dual scan board to the main body
using the two screws.
Note:
Attach it with the connector inserted into the MFP
board connector firmly.
(16) Connect the connector of the dual scan docu-
ment feeder to where shown in the illustration.
Route the cable inside the wire saddle of the
main body as shown in the illustration.
(17) Route the cable of the dual scan document
feeder inside the harness guides of the main
body.
Note:
There should be no slack in the cable on the board
box side.
(18) To install the covers and other parts removed in
steps (11) to steps (12), reverse the removal
procedure. (12 screws)
(19) Reinstall the DF cable cover that have been
removed in step (7). (One screw)
Note:
• Be careful not to pinch the harness.
• Insert two claws A into the holes on the main
body cover first. Then fit two claws B into the
holes.
