The used battery is empty.

connection cannot be established.

function on the smartphone is not activated.
Activate the
Bluetooth

function on your smartphone.
Please refer to its operating manual for more information.

The distance between the key finder and the smartphone is too
great. Ensure that the key finder is no more than 8 metres away
from the smartphone.

Your smartphone may be using an operating system that is not
supported by the key finder. Check the version of your operating
system on your smartphone (see chapter

list of supported OS).
