Establishing a connection to a smartphone
Once you have installed the app, connect the key finder to your smart-
phone using
Bluetooth
®
. The connection must be established using
the app settings, not the
Bluetooth
®
settings on your smartphone.
You can connect multiple key finders with your smartphone. These
instructions refer to the operation of the iOS app; the android app
may differ slightly.

Activate the
Bluetooth
®
connection on your smartphone. You
can find a detailed description of how to do this in the operating
instructions for your smartphone.
Open the app on your smartphone. The app will
open on the
"Device" page and search for your
key finder

automatically.

If the key finder has been detected and the app shows the status
"Disconnected", press the "Connect" button to establish a con-
nection with the device.

Press the
button to search for additional key finders to con-
nect with your smartphone, e.g. for your keychain or suitcase.
♦
To remove an device from the list, swipe the corresponding entry
to the left, then press the red "Delete" button.
♦
Press the right-arrow symbol
on the connected key finder to
open the sub-menu.
