7.  Attach the Lower Panel to the Upper Panel as shown. The Lower Panel should be attached to side facing the front of the vehicle 

on the Upper Panel. See Illustration 1-4. 

 

8.  Re-install the OEM Screws from Step 5 into the lower two holes of the Lower Panel. See Illustration 1-5.
