install the front bumper using top two OEM M10
bolts that were removed earlier in step 1. (See
illustration 2

Do not tighten at this time.
5.
Secure the bottom of the front bumper and the winch
support plate to the vehicle using the supplied M10
bolt (item #8), M10 lock washer (item #6) and M10 flat
washer (item #5). (See illustration 2

6). Tighten M10
bumper hardware to specification.
Roller Fairlead Installation:
1.
Using the hardware included with winch, fasten roller
fairlead to the winch mount plate using bolts, nuts
and washers. Tighten to specification.
2.
Wire the winch according to your winch
manufacturer’s instructions.
Winch Cable Wrap Installation on Spool Drum:
1.
The winch cable or rope should be wrapped
around the spool drum, feeding from bottom, as
shown. Spooling the cable as shown will prolong
cable life and enhance winch performance. (See
illustration 2

6).
2.
Connect the hook to cable or rope using hardware
included in winch kit.
