6 Troubleshooting
Repairs are only to be conducted by a qualified professional.
1 Tracing is incorrect
2 The auto stop switch is invalid and welding will not stop
Possible cause
The tracing rollers are not running
The cable is caught, preventing traveling
The traveling surface is not flat, and the wheels are not in contact with the surface
The wheels are loose
Possible cause Action Solution
The auto stop
switch is not
pressed completely Make sure it is
pressed
completely.
The welding power
supply panel switch
is in the “Self-
Holding position”. Set it in the “No
Self-Holding”
position.
Welding operation
stops when the
stop switch is
pressed, but it will
not stop when the
auto stop switch is
pressed. Check that the click sound is produced when the
auto stop switch is pressed, and while pressing the
auto switch, check for conduction.
(Terminal C - Terminal NO) ON
(Terminal C - Terminal NC) OFF
Warning
Turn OFF the power switch, and
check the section between
terminals with a tester.
When the power supply is kept
ON, a short circuit of electric
shock can result.
