1. Top cover plate (GM87564) and use existing hardware.
Remove and discard fill neck and cap.
2. Dry exhaust elbow (GM49740) and use existing clamp.
Remove existing dry exhaust elbow and hose clamp.
3. Insulated clamp (X-672-33)
4. Belt guard bracket (GM64267), washers (X-25-130 qty. 2),
screws (M933-06020-60 qty. 2), and nuts (M6923-06-80 qty. 2)
5. Lower radiator hose (GM90938) and hose clamps (X-426-2
qty. 2)
6. Skid extension (GM90785-WHT or -G49)
7. Radiator mounting bracket, LH (GM90790-WHT or -G49)
8. Pusher fan (GM39049)
9. Washers (M125A-08-80 qty. 4) and screws (M933-08012-60
qty. 4)
10. Radiator support, LH (GM90788)
11. Remove plug on expansion tank and discard. Add hose
connector (X-380-5).
12. Upper radiator hose (GM90937) and hose clamps (X-426-2
qty. 2)
13. Fan shroud brackets (343422 qty. 2), washers (X-25-75
qty. 6) and screws (M933-08016-60 qty. 6)
14. Radiator assembly (GM90767 or GM90768)
15. Cable tie (X-468-1)
16. Remove plug from top tank of radiator and add hose
connector (X-582-39)
17. Low coolant level sensor (GM66270) and radiator harness
(GM91709)
18. Washers (M125A-08-80 qty. 6), screws (M933-08016-60
qty. 6), and threaded inserts (X-6365-2 qty. 6).
Torque to 2.8 Nm (25 in. lbs.)
19. Wire fan guard (343062)
20. Fan shroud (343054)
21. Flex line (X-386-90)
22. Washers (M125A-08-80 qty. 4) and screws (M933-08012-60
qty. 4)
23. Radiator support, RH (GM90787)
24. Skid extension brackets (GM87555-WHT or -G49 qty. 2)
25. Screws (M933-10030-60 qty. 8) and nuts (M6923-10-80 qty. 8)
26. Drill screws (X-794-1 qty. 10)
27. Radiator guard (GM90798)
28. Skid extension end cap (GM90783-WHT or -G49)
