A communications interface board offers a range of connections that enable the user to interface the UPS with a local
network, building management system or a simple remote alarms facility.
The communications interface board is located near the bottom of the UPS cabinet adjacent to the power switchgear and
all the board connections are accessible from the front of the UPS cabinet – see Figures 2.8 to 2.12.
