1. Checking the air filter cartridge
1. Open the two latches

2. Remove cartridge

3. Clean the inside of parts

with a damp cloth.
4. Do not use compressed air. Tap the front part

gently and
repeatedly on a flat surface.
5. Refit:
- cartridge

- cover

and close latches

securely.
2. Checking the radiator core
Danger
• Wear eye protection when using compressed air.
The radiator core must be cleaned from both sides.
1. Check all of the fins of the radiator core.
2. If the core fins are dirty, clean with a brush soaked with a
special detergent.
3. Checking coolant level
Danger
• Presence of steam and coolant under pressure! Risk of burns.
Allow the engine to cool to ambient temperature.
1. Remove the radiator cap
A
and start the engine.
2. The fluid should be at least 5 mm above the tubes inside
the radiator.
3. Top up, if necessary.
4. Do not completely fill the radiator but leave some room for
coolant expansion.
5. Install the radiator cap
