Maintenance operations
Danger
• Errors are extremely hazardous. Thoroughly read the use and
maintenance manual.
Danger
• During assembly and dismantling and when using the hammer
to knock parts out or down, be careful of flying metal particles.
Always wear goggles.
Danger
• It is prohibited to make changes to the partly completed
machinery that involve variations of parts or operating
parameters defined by the manufacturer.
Danger
• Avoid release of lubricants to the environment. Collect and
dispose of used lubricants in accordance with the regulations
in force in the country of use of the partly completed machinery.
Danger
• Handle parts with great caution. Do not place your hands or
fingers between two parts. Keep your hands clear of narrow
spaces, moving gears and the like. Wear approved work
clothes and personal protective equipment (e.g., goggles,
protective gloves, safety shoes).
Danger
• Before starting the machine upon completion of maintenance
or repair, check that no tools, rags or other materials have been
left on the partly completed machinery, inside compartments
with moving gears or near moving parts.
Danger
• Always use original spare parts or parts approved by the
manufacturer.
