Inlet Screen and Flow Control
NOTE:
If the cause of the problem is unknown, see the
troubleshooting chart first.
Use an open-end or adjustable wrench to remove the handshower
from the hose.
Gently pry up the edge of the inlet screen using a thin-blade
screwdriver.
Remove and clean the screen/washer. While the screen/washer is
removed, inspect the three orifice holes in the flow control. If the
holes in the flow control require cleaning, use a toothpick or
similar thin, pointed tool to clean the three holes.
NOTE:
The flow control is press fit into place and cannot be
removed.
