Problem Possible Solution
The string light does not light up
Ensure the power supply is switched on.
Confirm the string light is correctly plugged
into the transformer.
Ensure the Wi-Fi indicator on the controller
is illuminated.
Ensure the Wi-Fi function is active on your
cell phone.
• Turn off power supply and remove the
transformer
•
Re-attach the transformer and
connect it to a different power supply
that is known to be working.
If the string light still does not work:
•
Turn of the power supply and close the
app.
• Reset the device by turning on the
power supply and reconnecting to the
app.
