Routine maintenance

Do not attempt to modify, repair, or disassemble the product. In the case of a
failure, contact Kogan.com
•
When not in use for an extended period, turn off the power switch and unplug the
unit.
•
Ensure the plug is firmly secured in the power outlet being used.
•
Wipe the product clean with a dry cloth. Never use any chemical solvents, abrasive
materials, or metallic brushes to clean.
•
Do not use the product in an open-air or humid place. Do not expose it the product
to strong sun or rain directly.
•
Do not press or push hard against the massage parts.
•
To move the massage chair; ensure all the wires are off the ground, pull the
backrest back to an angle (when the centre of gravity falls onto the back wheels),
drag and roll the massage chair to the desired location and place it down gently.
•
The product cannot be dragged or rolled on uneven ground and must be lifted and
moved.
•
It is not advised to use the product for a continuous extended period daily, but to
use it intermittently.
Fault handling
•
Noise caused by the movement of the massage heads during operation is normal
and not considered a fault.
•
If functions cannot be controlled from the remote, check the electrical leads to
ensure they are firmly connected. If not, reconnect each lead and ensure it is
securely affixed to the appropriate sockets.
•
If the unit suddenly stops operation while in use, check if the 20-minute working
time has elapsed, in which case the unit will return to standby mode. Press
“Power” to restart the function. If the product is over-heated, it will initiate its self-
protection system and must be allowed to cool for 30 minutes before restarting.
