How to Use
6-1 Warming up
Warm up the equipment for at least 15 minutes after it was powered on.

During setting, the mode No. or set value is shown here.

Alarm lamps
When the alarm output 1 is on,

When an instantaneous flow rate is being indicated,

Measurement: Switches over the indication of flow rates between the instantaneous flow rate
and the integrated flow rate.
Setting: Moves the flashing digit to left.
Returns to the flow rate indication when the mode No. is being indicated.
