WARNING: THE ENGINE IS SHIPPED WITHOUT OIL.

 Fill engine with the recommended oil to the

indicated level before operating the unit. GX series engines will not start without the correct oil level.
Please refer to the Honda Engine Owner's Manual for details. 

WARNING: 

Operating unit without water can damage seals and void the warranty.  Always trigger 

gun until steady stream of water flows from nozzle to ensure unit is receiving water correctly before 
starting the engine.

 Step 1.

  If the engine is cold, pull engine choke rod out to the CLOSED position.

 Step 2.

  Move throttle control about 2/3 of the way toward the FAST position.

 Step 3.

  Turn the engine switch to the ON position.

 

Step 4.

  Pull the starter grip to start engine.

 Step 5.

  Push choke rod back to OPEN position.

 Step 6.

  Throttle up to full RPMs. Refer to the Engine Owner's Manual for details.

 

Step 7. 

Press the gun trigger gently. 

   

DO NOT pump the trigger rapidly between ON and OFF settings

Step 5

Continue to squeeze gun 

trigger until a steady stream 

of water flows from nozzle 

before releasing trigger.

Step 6

Start engine and throttle up 

to full RPMs. Refer to the 

Engine Owner's Manual.

Step 4

Release the gun safety-lock 

and squeeze gun trigger.

Step 3

Connect the garden hose 

to the water supply and 

turn ON water full force.

 the Engine Owner's Manual.

Engine Quick-Start Procedure

CAUTION: 

Always shutdown the pressure washer when it is not in use. 

Please refer to the Shutdown Instructions on page 8 for details.

Your engine is equipped with a "low-oil" shut-off. If there is not enough oil, the engine will shut-off.
