Chapter 6

Clearing a Paper Jam



If a paper jam occurs, the Paper light 
flashes red.(see 

Indicator Lights and 

Buttons, page 9

). 

CAUTION:

Do not use force when 
removing the paper jam.

1

Remove the paper tray.

2

Disconnect the power cord, wait 5 seconds, 
then plug it back in.

3

The printer will reset and eject the paper. if 
the paper does not eject, try to remove it 
manually.

4

Replace the paper tray.

5

Press the Print button on the printer to 
resume printing.
