network name.
Restart your Kobo Arc 7HD
If nothing else has worked when you have an issue with your Kobo Arc 7HD, you may
resolve a problem by turning your tablet off and restarting it. If you restart your Kobo
Arc 7HD and you’re prompted to download a software update, please accept the update,
as it may include a resolution for a common issue.
