Configuring through the AP Utility
The AP Utility helps you configure the Wireless LAN Access Point
through the USB port.
On the Windows Start Menu
→
Program
→
802.11 Wireless LAN
→
Access Point Utility, choose the AP Utility, and the following dialog
box will appear, type the password in the dialog box, the default
password is “public”, press “OK” to go to main menu or press
“Cancel” to terminate the program.
Login Password
If you need to change the default password, Press “Change” button
and type in the new password in the “New Password” and “ Confirm
New Password” dialog box.
The AP Utility includes five tabs: Wireless, Encryption, IP Config,
Advanced and Info.
Press “OK” button after finishing the AP utility setting and it will
automatically pop out the AP utility window. Press “Apply” to save
the current setting,, press “Default” to set back the setting to factory
default setting, and “cancel” to bypass the exist setting.
