The Manufacturer will replace any product which under normal usage is proven to be defective in

workmanship or material for a period of THREE (3) years from the date of initial retail purchase. This

warranty is valid only to the original retail purchaser, as evidenced by the purchaser’s original receipt or

such other proof of purchase as Manufacturer may accept. This warranty is not transferable and does

not cover any parts that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, alteration, overload, accident or normal

wear of moving parts. Manufacturer may require the original receipt or other proof or purchase as a

condition of honoring this warranty.

Exclusions: The no-mar pad is considered a wear item, and, as such,  is excluded from warranty

coverage. Products that have been sold “as is,” or as a reconditioned product, and products that have

been used as rental equipment are also excluded.

Warranty replacement parts can be obtained by contacting Manufacturer at 1-888-3KOBALT.

Only Manufacturer and it's authorized agents are authorized to perform warranty service on this product.

This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or

attempted by others.

Manufacturer is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the

exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This

warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from

state to state.

Manufacturer makes no warranties, representations or promises as to the quality of its power

tools other than those specially stated in this warranty.

For questions or warranty claims, call our customer service department at 1-888-3KOBALT
