Configuration using Switches: Example
Sensor:
Compression load cell, nominal value: 1.5 mV/V
Zero: –0.13 mV/V
Measuring range:
0 ... 1.5 mV/V
Output signal:
4 ... 20 mA
1. Adjust input sensitivity:
1.5 mV/V
The nominal value lies in the range 1.00 ... 1.99 mV/V:
Set the range (1+S/100): DIP1 = DIP2 = 0, DIP3 = 1
Number to the right of the decimal point (rotary switches): 50
2. Adjust zero point (see specifi cation on the sensor):
–0.13 mV/V
Set the range –(0+Z): DIP4 = DIP5 = DIP6 = 0
Set the number (rotary switches):

3. Adjust output signal:
4 ... 20 mA:
DIP7 = 0, DIP8 = 1
Note
Cover the switches with the included self-adhesive polyimide tape
after completion of confi guration.
