7.0: CLEANING 

 

 

Before cleaning the ink jet printer, it is important that every operator of the 

machine and maintenance personnel take part in a training session given by KLR 

systems technicians. 

Follow these instructions to properly clean the printer head:  

Careful

: Do not put fingers on the sensitive part of the cartridge as per manufacturer recommendations. 

1.

 

Take the ink cartridge aside.

 

2.

 

Take a microfiber sheet on a flat surface.

 

 

3.

 

Wipe the ink of the inkjet nozzle.

 

 

 

4.

 

Insert the cartridge back in the printer and test the printing. If the print is good, skip the next 
steps.
