Barbecuing:
Note:
There is no need of the heat deflector, remove the deflector will be helpful to
get a more even temperature of the griddle.
• This cooking option is ideal for fat-free barbecuing of chicken, sausages, chops,
kebabs, fish or vegetables.
•
For this type of cooking, use the BBQ option. Place the pan support and heat
deflector on position, then put the wire grid on inner body. See below, figure 1.
CAUTION:
Risk of burns!
Avoid the scald that caused by fat flare-up when
cooking fatty meats. During the cooking, the fat will drip onto the inner
chassis, heat dispersion and pan support.
Grilling:
•
This cooking option is best suit for sumptuous cuts of meat, chicken, fish or
vegetables. Meat cooked in this manner will have the blackened lines as on
professional grilled steaks.

For this type of cooking, use the grill option. Place the griddle on the inner chassis.
There are two kinds of griddle available, one is metal with enamel and another is
aluminum, so please check kind of griddle you have. See below, figure 2, 3.

The gas grill provides smoke cup for your private favorite test, you can add the
spice or bits of wood with special test to the smoke cup, the meat will be full of your
private taste. Also you can add water to the inner chassis when you cover the meat,
the water will help to keep the meat more juicy.
