COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION
Lighting the grill
WARNING:
Risk of burns!
Never put your hands over the burner during lighting
and operation since serious injury could be occurred.
1. Turn the all valves at “OFF“ position.
2. Turn on the manual valve of gas cylinder.
3. Push the knob and turn counterclockwise, you will hear the gas from the valve and
see the spark from the ignition pin. Repeat this process until the flame is lit.
Note: It is recommended to make a trial lighting test after you checked the leakage.
For the trial lighting test, do not assemble any extra parts, so you can view the flame
obviously. Shut off the flame if the trial lighting is in order.
Special notes on operation
• Do not move the appliance during use, acaccessible parts may be very hot.
• Keep young children away.
• Turn off the gas supply at the gas cylinder after use.
• Do not use the gas grill without the grease tray, please clean out the grease tray
before every time use to prevent a grease flare-up.
Operation
• After you light the burner, you can get the desired flame by turning the knob.
OFF HIGH MED LOW
• There are six available cooking options with your appliance. For different cooking
options, the parts be used are different, assemble the parts properly is initial for
better performance.
• For all of the following cooking options, the cover is a great assistant, like it is
helpful to increase or maintain the inside temperature, the thermometer on the cover
helps you to evaluate the inside temperature; it can plays as wind resistant.
