4. Operating the cooker hood
4.1 Control panel
On / Off:
Press this button to switch the motor on or off.
Speed low / Silent:
Use this intensity level for slow cooking and boiling with
closed pans, whereby not too much steam escapes.
Press the button again to turn off the fan.
Speed Medium:
This is the ideal standard intensity for a normal cooking
environment.
Press the button again to turn off the fan.
Speed Maximum:
When cooking generates a lot of steam, use this level for a
intensive ventilation.
Press the button again to turn off the fan .
Booster function:
For an extra strong air flow hold down the third level button
during operation at “Speed Maximum”.
After 5 minutes, the unit switches back to level 3.
Light:
Press this button to turn the light on and off.
