Due to the running and friction and the instability of load, some problems are inevitable
such as screw bolts loose, the parts wear and tear which may lead to machine abnormal
function, reduction in engine power, increase in fuel consumption, etc.
•
To reduce the above problems and prolong machine service life, it is strictly necessary to,
to do a good maintenance on a regular basis and keep it in good technical condition.
1 Technical Maintenance
1.1 Shift maintenance. (Before working and after working.
a)
Inspect for oil leakage of the engine, gear boxes, etc.
b)
Inspect if the volume of machine oil is sufficient.
c)
Clean the mud, grass, oil contamination etc.
d)
Listen and observe all over the machine for irregular sound, over heat, screw bolts loose.
e)
Record the work.
1.2 Class I maintenance (every 150 hours)
a)
Carry on all the works mentioned in 1.1
b)
Clean crankcase of engine, gearboxes and change the engine oil.
c)
Inspect and adjust clutches, shift level system, transmission system.
1.3 Class II maintenance (every 800 hours)
a)
Carry on all the works mentioned in 1.2
b)
Inspect all the gears and bearings, replace the worn out parts by new one.
c)
Check all other items such as blades and screw bolts, replace the damaged by new ones.
1.4 Technical Inspection (every 1500-2000 hours)
a)
Separate the complete machine, clean and inspect, replace the worn out parts by
authorized person
b)
Inspect and adjust friction plate and clutch by authorized person.
2. Long Term Storage.
If the machine has to be stored for a long time, in order to keep it in good condition, the following
measures should be taken.
a)
Clean the surface of the machine neatly
b)
Drain the engine oil from gear box then refill with new oil.
c)
Coat anti-rust oil on the surface of the easy rust places.
d)
Store the machine at a dry, well-ventilated, safe place.
3. Running-in
a)
If you have just bought a new machine or the machine after a repair, then the machine
should be running in.
b)
The machine should work for half an hour without load, then work for 5 hours with light load.
c)
Then drain the engine oil while it still warm, then refill new machine oil, running in for 4
hours, so you can operate the machine regularly.
4. Engine. Maintenance
a)
The main contents of daily inspection and maintenance: screw bolts, oil leakage, and clean
dirt, solve the troubleshooting.
