If the router setting is using static IP address
In the application menu or the desktop tap
to enter into setting interface, and then tap

Then set the Static IP, default gateway, subnet mask, domain name by manual. Once set successfully, connected RJ45 USB dongle to the tablet by USB
HOST cable. In the bottom right corner of the screen will show icon
once it connected successfully, show as below picture:
