TRANSMISSION BELT INSPECTION

Remove the left crankcase cover.

Inspect if the transmission belt is chapped or worn.

Measure the width of the belt.

Service limit

19.0mm

Replace the belt if its width is less than the above limitation.

See the drive pulley removal and installation procedure for the replacement.
