Note
: The default
BRIGHTNESS
is 10.
Language
A total of 4 languages can be selected. The selected language will be used for all on board menu prompts.
The available languages are:
•
English
•
French
•
German
•
Spanish
To set a preferred language, follow these steps:
Tap the
LANGUAGE
option from the Admin menu.
1. Tap your desired language.
2. Tap Back
from the upper left to save and exit to the Admin menu.
NOTE:
The Admin and User can both select their own preferred language from their respective menus.
Secure Erase Drive
This feature allows Admin to crypto-erase the drive (known as Secure Erase on SSDs). Performing this
action deletes all the data, removes the User and Admin passwords, and wipes out the Data Encryption
Key (DEK) and regenerates it.
NOTE:
There are two options available when you
Secure Erase
the drive:
1.
Secure Erase
- Tap
SECURE ERASE
from the Admin menu and follow on-screen steps.
2.
Factory Initialize
- Tap & hold
SECURE ERASE
in the Admin menu for 5 seconds. Your
drive will show a
“
FACTORY INITIALIZE
”
prompt.
