Rotating the panning adjustment knob counter-clockwise to loosen it for smooth
consistent panning. Rotate the opposite way to tighten it.

Rotate the handlebar counter-clockwise to loosen it for smooth consistent tilting.
Rotate it the opposite way to tighten the tilt knob.
c.
Rotate the vertical flip knob counter-clockwise to adjust the angle of the loading
plate (up to 90°). Rotate the opposite way to tighten it.
